Roadmap

Protect the IP.
Prove the physics. Raise. Scale.

Six stages, run in sequence. The first three are underway; the remaining three unlock as the round closes. Stage completions and dated milestones land in the news feed.

Stage 01In flight

File the provisional patent.

Draft the U.S. provisional for the Fe16N2 rotor + Fe4N stator substitution on the split-rotor multiphase generator architecture. Filed by Business Development LLC in Bill's name, joining the standing provisional cluster (ROSE-001, SonicBrief, XODIAK, Okari GX, UQCTA / QBC / MESH 34).

Filing establishes a priority date and enables the "patent pending" designation. The 12-month clock to non-provisional starts on the priority date and gets used to sharpen claims through bench trials in Stage 02.

Stage 02Next

Bench prototype (1 KW → 50 KW).

Build IN-1K through IN-50K units to prove the physics on a bench before committing to field-scale tooling. Bench trials narrow the ternary alloy recipe (Co / Mo / W ratios) and lock the segmentation pattern for the carbon-fiber compression sleeve.

  • Two alternate Fe16N2 powder suppliers qualified beyond Niron Magnetics.
  • Ternary alloy recipe optimized for (BH)max and Curie temperature.
  • Segmented rotor stress-tested through 12,000 RPM in a spin pit.
  • Fe4N stator core-loss measured at 100 kHz vs 0.35 mm silicon-steel baseline.
Stage 03Seed

Business plan + seed round.

Package the physics, product ladder, PPA offering, and supply-chain story into a fundable business plan. Target seed check size and strategic LP mix: energy majors, data-center hyperscalers, defense primes, U.S. sovereign-adjacent LPs. Round pricing and lead-investor announcement will publish through the news feed.

Stage 04Ship

Field units (100 KW → 1 MW).

Ship IN-100K through IN-1M as productized field units. Package IN-1M into a standard 20-ft container. Complete IEEE / UL / NFPA certification for the residential, commercial, and utility ratings. First fleet deployment pairs with an xELECTRICITYx data-center campus behind the meter.

Stage 05Fleet

Daisy-chain fleets + storage.

Add graphene and sodium-ion-graphene battery integration to the fleet SKUs. Pair generation with storage for the world's most efficient generation-plus-storage stack, at $5/W or PPA. First super-capacitor pilots for peak-shave loads. Explore data-center closed-loop with our ROSE photovoltaic platform.

Stage 06Integrate

Full ecosystem integration.

Iron Nitride units power our Enwatel water infrastructure, xSMARTLINKx connectivity nodes, our HALO longevity clinics (co-developed with Fountain Life and NanoRx), and drive-by-intel field programs. One clean, quiet, rare-earth-free box behind every load the country depends on.
